McNichol comes to SUI from AGC Glass, where he was North Regional Sales Manager. Prior to AGC, McNichol was Regional Sales Manager for Kalwall, a strategic partner of SUI, managing National Accounts and leading the Northeast and Eastern Canada Sales team. Both companies experienced sales growth in areas where McNichol was involved.
