Myefski Architects Staff Promotions

Myefski Architects announced today several staff promotions. Josh Sacks has been made a Project Manager, Tim Kirkby is now a Senior Project Manager, and Mike Karkowski and Brian Wagner have been named Associates.
“We acknowledge and reward hard work here,” Founder and Principal John Myefski says. “I am eager to see how our overall work environment will benefit from the new responsibilities offered to them.”

Josh Sacks, RA, has seven years of experience in the design community. Since joining MA, Josh has proved adept at managing projects with uncommon complexities. He excels at implementing inventive approaches to design challenges. In his new role as Project Manager, Josh will manage multiple architectural projects and further develop his design and project administration skills.

During his time at MA, Tim Kirkby, AIA, has spearheaded the integration of innovative design solutions for many of the firm’s most challenging projects. With eight years of experience, Tim’s commitment to delivering architecture that reflects client goals has earned him a reputation for superior client service. In his new role as a Senior Project Manager, Tim joins the firm’s leadership team and will be responsible for managing some of the firm’s largest projects.

With 18 years of experience, Mike Karkowski, AIA, applies his advanced technical skills when managing projects for the firm’s portfolio of long-term clients. Mike’s ability to guide and mentor our studio of design professionals is a testament to his leadership acumen and commitment to the firm’s knowledge base.

Brian Wagner, AIA, has a prowess for building and construction detailing that has fast-tracked his career. With 11 years of experience, his drive and disposition have afforded him expertise beyond his years. For Brian, client satisfaction and positive interactions routinely result in the firm’s most prestigious projects far exceeding expectations.
As Associates, both Brian and Mike will harness their exceptional project management and mentorship skills to help manage the long-term success of the firm. Mike and Brian demonstrate Myefski Architects’ client-focused culture and as Associates will work to strengthen that culture through professional staff development and in securing new business opportunities for the firm.
