Lowes Foods will turn the 25,000-square-foot site of a former Earth Fare store in Huntersville, North Carolina into a combination food hall and community event center. Although no opening date has been set, plans call for foodservice that includes prepared food options overseen by an on-site chef, with the store’s mezzanine area offering space for community events, parties and classes.
