PKF Hospitality Research predicts in its latest Hotel Horizon report that all segments of the lodging industry will see strong performance over the next three years, with overall occupancy expected to reach record levels in 2017. Through 2017, average daily rate is expected to rise by an average of 5.4 percent and net operating income is expected to grow 11.8 percent annually. Read the Hotel Management online story here
