A proposed $540 million two-tower complex in downtown Nashville, Tennessee would house a 240-room Ritz-Carlton Hotel along with condos for sale and other enterprises. M2 Development Partners envisions 46-story and 32-story buildings with 150 condos for sale, more than 185 multi-family rental apartments, a 6,000-square-foot spa, 30,000 square feet of meeting-banquet space, 10,000 square feet of retail space and a rooftop restaurant.
