Built on behalf of longtime client Continental Properties, the 192-unit development marks the 18th Springs project that McShane has completed. McShane is currently underway with two additional projects for Continental in the Phoenix area: Springs at Deer Valley in Phoenix and Springs at Cooley Station in Gilbert.

Positioned on 10.5 acres of land on North Power Road, the complex incorporates seven two- and three-story garden-style apartment buildings with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
