Bloomin’ Brands has big plans for virtual chicken brand

Bloomin’ Brands’ virtual chicken concept, Tender Shack, is now available to order from 725 of the company’s restaurants around the country. The parent of chains including Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill and Bonefish Grill says the fledgling Tender Shack concept has been generating weekly sales of $1,500 at some of its eateries and believes it can achieve $75 million in incremental sales this year.
