Marcus Lemonis, a turnaround specialist who shares his talents on a CNBC reality show, has teamed with Dippin’ Dots owner Fischer Enterprises on a plan to reopen cupcake chain Crumbs Bake Shop. Crumbs, which closed all its stores last week, will file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization, and the new partners will take the chain private and reopen the shops with a more diverse menu of sweets and snacks.
