Buy For Less, which 10 years ago had 18 stores in and around Oklahoma City, continues to curtail its operations and plans to sell seven of 11 stores in the area, including two of its high-end Uptown Grocery sites. Pruett Foods will acquire the Uptown Grocery locations, El Ahorro is buying four Buy For Less and Smart Saver stores and the rest are going to a buyer that hasn’t been named.
