Austin, Texas-based Mama Fu’s Asian House debuted a smaller footprint unit focused on feeding a growing demand for takeout and delivery. The chain, whose 18 flex-casual eateries offer fast-casual during the day and full-service for dinner, debuted the smaller concept in its home market on April 14 and plans to open a second unit in Rochester, Minn., later this year.
