The Pittsburgh Penguins are redeveloping the former Civic Arena site in Pittsburgh. It’s a $440 million project that will include residential, office and retail space. And U.S. Steel has announced it will remain in the city and build its headquarters as part of the Penguins’ redevelopment project after the company and the hockey team came to an agreement on building a five-story, 268,000-square-foot structure on a 2.25-acre site.
