Early site work is underway for the $800 million One Daytona mixed-use project located across from the Daytona International Speedway in Florida. A stormwater pond will need to be relocated and additional drainage added before retail space and entertainment venues can be constructed. Georgia non-profit Construction Ready has promoted Luke Fletcher to VP of Recruitment, Placement & Retention. In his new role, Fletcher will lead the adult training programs in Georgia and Florida for the group, which continues to help close the construction industry workforce gap. He also
