According to our study, Johns Creek is not only home to the largest apartments in the Atlanta metro area, but also among all the cities and towns we analyzed. The average size for an apartment here is 1,225 sq. ft. – that’s almost 250 sq. ft. of extra space compared to an average-size apartment in Atlanta.
