Payless plans to launch a new store prototype and online presence in North America, after emerging from bankruptcy proceedings in January, according to Women’s Wear Daily. The affordable footwear retailer generates about $700 million in annual revenue from its international operations, and the company expects to double that by 2025 as it rebuilds in North America.
