Winter the Dolphin Beach Club Hotel is expected to open this spring in Clearwater Beach in Florida following a partnership agreement between Page Development Group and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. The marine life- and dolphin-themed hotel will include environmentally friendly features such as special window treatments for reduced energy consumption, sea turtle safe lighting and a single-use plastic ban.
