Off-price retailer Ross Stores has opened 98 new stores thus far this year, bringing its total presence to 1,811 Ross Dress for Less and dd’s Discounts locations in 39 US states. The retailer ultimately expects to grow to 2,400 Dress for Less and 600 dd’s stores. Read the Footwear News story here
