The 3 million-square-foot, $5 billion American Dream retail project is gearing up to open this fall, after almost 20 years of fits and starts. Alongside retail stores, the New Jersey mall will feature an indoor park for skiing and snowboarding, a Nickelodeon Universe theme park, a water park and a Ferris wheel with New York City views.
