Core States tabs Chris Buscaglia to head construction

The Core States Group, which recently restructured its construction group, has promoted Chris Buscaglia to Director of Construction. Buscaglia and his team will handle all programmatic rollouts, tenant fit outs, remodel programs and ADA remediation programs.
Buscaglia has an early background in architectural design from which he transitioned to construction management. When he came onboard with Core States, he applied his past experience managing the construction of high-end retail and restaurant projects in Florida and New York City to the company’s national programs, including Fogo de Chao, TD Bank, British Petroleum, 7-Eleven, CVS, and custom projects such as Boca Pointe Country Club and Honda’s corporate headquarters.
An effective team leader, he can manage multiple projects simultaneously, which has contributed to the company’s client satisfaction and Core States’ growth throughout his tenure.
