In his new role, Lustberg will be responsible for leading sales efforts, including strategic development and tactical execution of sales opportunities in the northeast. He will also develop relationships with channel partners, consultants, chain accounts and end users to help achieve sales growth objectives.
Prior to joining Alto-Shaam, Lustberg was the Northeast Sales Director at Rational North America. He also worked at Roger & Sons and True Manufacturing in sales management roles.
