Cafeterias make a comeback in the restaurant world

Diners are embracing cafeteria-style restaurants, with 55% of consumers reporting that they either like or love them, according to a Datassential report. The survey found that 72% of people want cafeteria concepts to have a salad bar, 56% want more global flavors and 43% want to see plant-focused foods at their local cafeteria-style eateries.
