It has taken roughly 15 years and several developers to transform a plot of land in New Jersey into the American Dream entertainment and retail hub, which will open its first stage this year. PCL Construction tackled $700 million in substantial rehabilitation on the land’s existing structures, and women and minorities have handled almost 30% of the trade labor for the entire project.
