Nashville’s thriving lodging industry is attracting hotel development, the latest being Omni Hotels & Resorts‘ 800-room convention center hotel. Data from STR show an 11.3 percent rise in revenue per available room at Nashville hotels year to date through August, amid a 6.5 percent increase in average daily rate.
