Dutch robotics company MX3D has laid claim to the world’s first 3D-printed steel bridge, which will be installed over a canal in Amsterdam in 2019 and eventually will have a digital twin. The bridge’s smart sensor technology will allow engineers to track of its health, weight dispersion, air quality and more. Read the 3Ders story here
