C.W. Driver Companies, a premier California builder since 1919, continues its longstanding commitment to advancing women in the construction industry with three new executive leadership promotions in July. Milenne Vega was elevated to superintendent, Megan Morrissey was promoted to senior project manager, and Lynda Hauke was appointed to vice president of human resources. These promotions are meant to inspire others who may be considering this field, that in an industry where women only represent approximately 11% of the construction workforce (National Association of Homebuilders), C.W. Driver is pushing to make an impact.
Milenne Vega, Superintendent: Vega oversees a variety of projects ranging from $1 million renovations to $200 million luxury multifamily units. Carrying a decade of experience, Vega’s expertise spans numerous sectors, including K-12 modernizations, residential developments, and complex tenant improvement projects throughout Southern California. Her ability to lead field operations, maintain a safe construction environment, and ensure projects are completed on time earned her this recognition.
