HCM Expands in Southeast with New Office in Dallas, TX

HCM, a nationally recognized architecture, planning, landscape architecture, and interior design firm, has opened a new office in Dallas, TX. This office better positions the firm to support new and ongoing projects in the area and aligns with HCM’s mission of meeting our clients where they are.  Located at 4849 Greenville Avenue, the Dallas office will be led by Monica Robertson, AIA, Housing/Mixed-Use Studio Leader, who brings extensive experience in multifamily housing, mixed-use, senior living, and affordable housing projects. She will be supported by key members of HCM’s leadership team, including Chris Harvey, Frank André, and Jennifer Harpe, ensuring continuity, depth of expertise, and access to the firm’s full national resources.

“With this new office, we’re strategically positioned to serve the Dallas area and tap into the economic driver that is the DFW market,” says Tim Barnhill, CEO of HCM. “As we establish physical roots in Texas, this expansion underscores our commitment to the region.”  HCM has partnered with various clients in Texas, including Wilks Development, Mill Creek Residential, Crescent Communities, Howard Hughes Holdings, Kisco Senior Living, Erickson Senior Living, The Texas Rangers, and The Cordish Companies. By establishing a strong presence in this key market, HCM aims to leverage more local opportunities, foster closer relationships with clients, and enhance communities with innovative and impactful projects.
