Main Story
OLIO Development Group, a full-service commercial real estate development and construction firm, announced today its expansion into the Southeast after receiving approval from the Georgia State Licensing Board to perform general contracting services in the state.
The expansion marks a significant milestone in OLIO’s continued national growth, driven by increasing demand from existing clients executing multi-state development programs. OLIO has previously served as owner’s representative for Shake Shack’s corporate support office at The Battery Atlanta and currently supports fast-growing brands including Raising Cane’s, Panda Express, CAVA and 7 Brew — all of which are actively expanding throughout the Southeast.

“For us, growth is about following our clients, not chasing markets,” said Brad Giha, director of construction for OLIO Development Group. “Our partners are national brands and want a development and construction team that understands their business, their operational challenges and their growth strategy. Our background as multi-unit operators, combined with more than a decade of construction and development experience, allows us to deliver projects that are on time, on budget and built with an operator’s mindset.”
OLIO expects its Southeast operations to support dozens of new restaurant and retail developments annually as existing partners continue regional expansion. Based on its current three-year development pipeline, OLIO expects to hire between 12 and 15 new team members to support its Southeast operations, including project and site managers and project coordinators.
