Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC announces the sale of 439 Columbia Road in Hanover to Joanne Burke-Sherman, founder and president of Dharma Dreams Vocational Center, an organization that empowers young adults with learning differences by preparing them for meaningful work and independence through hands-on training in landscaping and painting, life skills and entrepreneurship, summer internships, and daily mind-body support.
According to Registry of Deeds records, the property was sold by Powerhouse Funding Corp. to Burke-Sherman for the consideration of $900,000. Dharma Dreams Vocational Center plans to officially launch in January 2026. Additionally, Jay Nuss Realty Group recently committed funding to become the first room sponsor of the Dharma Dreams Vocational Center.
