Clean Power, L.L.C., a Wisconsin-based facility services provider and subsidiary of Marsden Services, L.L.C., announced today it has acquired Advance Janitorial, L.L.C., a janitorial services contractor operating in Wisconsin and headquartered in Wisconsin Rapids. The acquisition was completed on August 1, 2025. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition of Advance Janitorial allows CleanPower to expand its services in Wisconsin. In business since 1975, Advance Janitorial offers janitorial services, including specialty services such as floor care, carpet care, pressure washing, light maintenance, and related services. The company also warehouses, resells, and delivers janitorial supplies to local customers. Advance Janitorial has approximately 50 employees.

Advance Janitorial is doing business as Clean Power, L.L.C., d/b/a Advance Janitorial and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Clean Power, L.L.C. Advance Janitorial’s former owner and CEO, Brian Nickel, is involved in the transition and is remaining on staff as the executive overseeing Advance Janitorial’s operations.
