Hospitality America Welcomes Ryan Sistare as VP of Operations
FINAL Ryan Sistare for HN
Ryan Sistare

Hospitality America has named Ryan Sistare VP of Operations, adding a 20-year hospitality veteran to its leadership team as the company strengthens its operational focus across its growing portfolio.

Sistare, who most recently served as VP of Operations at Peachtree Group, has overseen hundreds of hotels and resorts nationwide, spanning extended-stay, luxury and lifestyle brands. His career includes leadership roles at HEI Hotels & Resorts, Schulte Hospitality Group and GF Management, where he successfully opened properties, led major transitions and delivered consistent financial and guest experience results.

“Ryan’s track record speaks for itself,” says Ben Campbell, CEO of Hospitality America. “His ability to drive performance across diverse hospitality assets, combined with his passion for culture and people, will be instrumental as we continue elevating our operations and delivering value to our guests, team members and ownership partners.”

At Hospitality America, Sistare will lead operational strategy with a near-term focus on stabilizing performance and driving improvement in revenue growth, net operating income and brand standards. Long-term, he envisions building a culture that develops and empowers top-tier operational leaders across the organization.

“What initially drew me to Hospitality America was the quality of its assets located in strong, high-performing markets,” Sistare says. “But what truly sets this company apart is its culture. The team’s unwavering commitment to excellence and integrity ultimately made my decision clear.”

Sistare also emphasized the importance of adapting to an evolving industry. “Hospitality America is leading by embracing change, from modernizing core systems to integrating AI into operations,” he says. “This forward-thinking approach will empower our managers with the tools they need to lead more efficiently, make smarter decisions and ultimately position each property to outperform in a highly competitive hospitality landscape.”

Headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina, Hospitality America operates a portfolio of award-winning properties across the Southeastern U.S. Recognized by USA Today in 2024 and 2025 as a “Top Place to Work,” the company is known for pairing operational excellence with a strong culture of accountability and guest service.
