Rent to Own Auto Centers purchased a 19,000-plus square foot building at 8500 Watson Road after Tracker Boating Center The Fishin’ Hole boat sales business exited the location. Prior to usage by The Fishin’ Hole – a Tracker Marine boat dealership, the property was a De Brecht auto dealership and then a Butler auto dealership.
The building, situated on a two-plus acre site, was sold to Rent to Own Auto Centers. Scott Martin of Hilliker Corp. was the listing broker. Rent to Own Auto Centers plans to open for business within a month. IT will occupy 11,500 square feet of the building with a showroom and six service bays.
The two existing tenants will continue to lease 7,500 square feet for their auto repair business and pick-up and delivery cleaning service.
New markets scheduled to open in the next 24 months include Jacksonville, Fla., Fort Myers, Fla., Memphis, Louisville; Little Rock, Ark., and Indianapolis.
