Krusinski Construction has completed the buildout of a 66,000-square-foot warehouse space at 2250 W. 75th St. in Woodridge on behalf of J&P Warehousing and Tardella Foods. J&P Warehousing is a third-party logistics firm and will serve its Food & Beverage client, Tardella Foods out of the Woodridge location.
Krusinski previously completed the construction of the building, a 100,400-square-foot facility, on behalf of the developer, Molto Properties.
According to Joe Krusinski III, Senior Project Manager, Krusinski Construction Company, the interior buildout project included minor office modifications, installing a demising wall to separate the J&P Warehousing space from the adjacent 34,400-square-foot tenant space. Krusinski also separated gas and electrical services to accommodate the multi-tenant facility. Additional project elements consisted of installing tenant specific electrical and HVAC equipment including a charging station for electric pallet jacks and an air compressor.
This buildout project required some updated electrical work, and we had to separate certain utilities for individual tenants,” Krusinski said. “We got the tenant in and operational very quickly and efficiently. It’s always great to complete a project in a building we previously built.”
Krusinski Construction completed the 100,400-sf warehouse distribution building situated on an 8.14-acre site with easy access to Interstate 355 travel routes. The building was designed by Harris Architects.
In addition to Joe Krusinski III, members of the Krusinski Construction team included Josh Peterson, Project Engineer; Rick Anderson, Senior Project Superintendent; and Erin Anderson, Project Coordinator.
