Sage Hospitality announced its acquisition of seven Courtyard by Marriott hotels in the United States through a partnership with Whitman Peterson Capital Partners. Sage Hospitality did not disclose the purchase price but said it plans to invest $23 million in renovations to the properties, which are in Georgia, Michigan, Ohio and Texas.
