Prior to joining VF Law, Watson most recently served as General Counsel for a real estate brokerage company, where he oversaw all legal activities for the multi-state real estate brokerage, managing both litigation and transactional matters. His transactional practice included entity formation, regulatory compliance, and drafting various business-related agreements. His General Counsel experience followed decades of private litigation practice representing real estate professionals throughout Arizona.
