Hotel to help revitalize North Carolina resort community

Sea Trail Investments has finalized the purchase of 15 acres of undeveloped land in Sunset Beach, North Carolina, as well as a convention center and activity center, with plans to build a 150-room hotel and take on an extensive revitalization of the resort community. The company will also add a driving range with top tracer technology and an entertainment facility. Star-News
