An operator of Panera stores in greater Chicago has bought 25 area Wendy’s locations. Hamra Enterprises, a franchisee company based in Springfield, Mo., said Monday it completed the purchase of 25 Wendy’s restaurants in the Chicago market from the company. Read the Chicago Tribune story here
