JBG Smith Properties has decided to renovate, rebrand and expand a complex in Northern Virginia that is partially leased by Amazon for its HQ2. In the office where Amazon leases space, JBG Smith is proposing to create a new lower-level facade and turn 18,327 square feet into retail or office space. Read The Business Journals story here
