Applebee’s will open its first restaurant in Hawaii on Sept. 12, giving the DineEquity-owned casual chain a presence in all 50 states. The first two eateries will be in West Oahu, and the chain is negotiating leases on five more Hawaiian locations. Read The Business Journals story here
