Construction begins at $250M casino expansion in Memphis, Arkansas

Roy Anderson Corp. kicked off construction on the $250 million effort to add a new casino and hotel at Southland Casino Racing in West Memphis, Arkansas. The project could create more 1,500 construction jobs and is slated for completion in 2021. Read the WHBQ-TV story here
