Former hospital site eyed for hotel in Jefferson City, Missouri

F&F Development hopes to begin constructing a hotel at the old St. Mary’s Hospital site this summer. The Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of a preliminary and final subdivision plat for the 600 block of Bolivar Street, proposed by property owner Farmer Holding Company subsidiary F&F Development.
