100 Las Olas Tower is scheduled to open in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., in 2020. Designed by SB Architects, the property is set to be the tallest building in downtown Fort Lauderdale upon completion, with 46 levels. The mixed-use tower will have 121 condominiums, a 238-room Hyatt Centric hotel, two elevated amenity decks with swimming pools, and 8,500 square feet of retail at ground level.
