Davis Rowe has been named the vice president of national accounts for Pella Corporation, a leading manufacturer and designer of windows, doors, blinds and shades for homes and commercial buildings. Davis succeeds Bob Kubacki, who will retire in March after 17 years with the national accounts team which oversees Pella’s partnerships with national home improvement retailers and building material suppliers to contractors.
“During his time on the national accounts team, Davis guided a sales force that achieved nearly 10 percent growth in special order sales over the past three years,” said Karin Peterson, vice president of human resources. “I believe Davis will build upon the foundation that Bob has created, and Davis can continue to lead this team to new levels of success.”
Rowe has gained extensive experience in marketing, sales and management during his 13-year career with Pella. This includes serving as marketing manager of national accounts, product manager of Pella^® Architect Series^® products and the general manager of the Minneapolis sales branch, where he was named Director of the Year in 2011. Most recently, Rowe held the position of director of national accounts.
Rowe’s appointment to vice president was effective January 1. To ensure a smooth transition, Bob will assist Davis and the national accounts team until his retirement in early March.
