Montana-based Glacier Restaurant Group has acquired restaurant chain Max & Erma’s from American Blue Ribbon Holdings for an undisclosed amount. Glacier plans to invest in updating and expanding the 58-year-old brand, which began as a bar in Columbus, Ohio’s German Village and now has 51 locations in 10 states.
