Indie Signs, the national sign company, has acquired an Arizona sign company, Craft Master Sign Corporation last week. Craft Master Sign Corporation founder decided it was time to pursue personal goals and decided to retire. According to sources, things got sorted quickly and Craft Master Sign Corporation was acquired by Indie Signs.
Indie Signs is a reputed national sign company, working with national brands like Domino’s, and emerging franchises like Icebox Cryotherapy, as well as working with commercial real estate owners and developers, such as Hawkins Companies, selling signs in several categories such as tenant wall signs, marketplace monument and pylon signs, drive-thru and car side delivery signs, and interior signs, including flex-NEON signs. The company has been doing well since its inception in 2018 using co-manufacturing partners to fulfill orders, and this acquisition expands the capabilities further by allowing Indie Signs to have increased control over production schedules and quality control. It has now acquired Craft Master Sign Corporation that had a similar target market but operated only within the state of Arizona. According to a top company insider, more acquisitions are planned over the next few years to further enhance its sales and revenues.
Industry analysts believe that this acquisition will lead to enhanced credibility for Indie Signs and the future looks greatly promising. The company, according to them concentrates more on timely delivery and customer satisfaction that has helped build trust among its customers. It is this feature of Indie Signs that works well for the company. This acquisition has brought a huge profit for Craft Master Sign Corporation while the added suppliers and enhanced customer base has proved beneficial for Indie Signs. It is indeed a win-win for both the companies.
Officials at Indie Signs make it clear that the officer, director and shareholder changes have been approved by the State of Arizona. The acquisition portrays Indie Signs capability, expertise, and confidence in taking on another company.
With this acquisition, Indie Signs has strengthened their position in the highly competitive sign industry. The company has absorbed employees that were working for Craft Master Sign Corporation into its fold to be able to take on the larger operations and transactions.
