Rambleside Holdings has offered $507 million to Morgans Hotel Group for two hotels, New York’s Hudson Hotel and Miami Beach’s Delano Hotel. Rambleside has also indicated interest in purchasing the entire company. However, Morgans has been in talks with SBE Entertainment Group regarding a merger.
