Hilliker Corporation, a St. Louis owned and managed commercial real estate company, recently assisted a commercial photography studio owner with selling his building 30 years after he built it.
Located at 3101 S. Hanley in Maplewood, the Steve Adams Studio was purchased by Faith Group, LLC for $825,000. Faith Group is a full-service security, technology and M/E/P consulting and engineering firm headquartered in St. Louis, MO with regional offices in Minneapolis, MN, Philadelphia, PA, and Gaithersburg, MD. Faith Group’s current 3,200-square-foot location is at 930 N. McKnight Rd. The company plans to move to its new 10,600-square-foot building by the beginning of September, 2015. No major renovations are required.
For the past three decades, Hilliker Corporation senior vice president Hal Ball has represented Steve Adams Studio in finding tenants to lease a suite located within the building. Ball represented the seller, Steve and Barb Adams and the buyer, Stephens Development, LLC, represented themselves.
Faith Group was founded as a women owned business in 2004 by owners Wendy Wilke and Faith Varwig, who said her company “continues to grow locally and required more space. We needed a centrally located headquarters to better serve our clients and accommodate our employees, which now total 25 in St. Louis.”
