Sagar Khadka, CCP, PSP, DRMP, Director of Project Risk Management in Fairfax, Virginia, has more than 25 years of construction experience working with owners, general contractors, and design and construction management firms. His background includes experience in federal and commercial buildings, highways, dams and reservoirs, landfills, and site development work. He is experienced in risk management, Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling, cost estimating, cost control and analysis, and contracts administration. Khadka has a master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mangalore University, India. He is an active member of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International (AACE) Certification Board and has been with MBP since 2003.
Niyi Ladipo, CCM, CCP, EVP, Senior Project Manager in Fairfax, Virginia, has 28 years of experience in construction and project management. She possesses thorough knowledge of architectural and engineering practices with particular emphasis on the supervision of preservation and restoration of historic structures and base building and interior of new structures. She is experienced in quantity surveying and cost estimating, cost management, value engineering studies, earned value management, and bidding and tendering. She is an active member of AACE, has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a master’s degree in Construction Management and Economics from the University of Greenwich England. She began her career with the firm in 2004.
Joe Modica, PE, CCM, Branch Operations Manager in Chesapeake, Virginia, has more than 13 years of experience in the engineering and construction industry. His portfolio includes significant experience with infrastructure projects and programs including Locally Administered Projects, roadways, site civil, domestic water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater management. Since joining MBP in 2009, he has been active in managing construction projects and providing analytical services such as cost estimating and CPM scheduling, constructibility reviews, facility condition assessments, and assisting with dispute resolution services. Modica has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Environmental Emphasis) from the University of Wyoming.
Richard Mouri, CFM, CEM, Branch Operations Manager in Fairfax, Virginia, has more than 25 years of experience managing complex multi-site construction and maintenance programs. Mouri’s capabilities extend to strategic planning and organizational leadership, staff training and development, site and facility programming, customer relationship management, and quality control. He has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute and a master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech. He began his career with the firm in 2009.
Angie Oaks, CCM, Project Manager in Roanoke, Virginia, has been with the firm since 1997. She has 24 years of experience in project management and coordination, inspection, quality control, documentation procedures, construction management, and contract closeout. She also has experience with materials testing of heavy/highway, industrial, governmental, and commercial building and renovation construction projects. She has an associate’s degree in Business Administration/Management from National College.
Michael Siburt, PE, CCM, CCP, PSP, Project Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina, came to MBP in 2004 and has more than 13 years of experience providing construction management services to owners and contractors. His expertise includes CPM scheduling, cost estimating, constructibility review, and claims and schedule delay analysis services for K-12, higher education, military, correctional, residential, performing arts, medical, laboratory, and site utility projects. He is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and AACE and has bachelors and masters degrees in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
