Developers of the new Hard Rock hotel in Times Square held a “topping out” ceremony at the 446-room hotel. Florida-based Hard Rock International and developer Extell Development Company held the ceremony at the hotel’s 35th floor terrace to commemorate the completion of the 291,000-square-foot hotel’s exterior.
