A parking lot in Downtown Glendale could soon be redeveloped as a six-story hotel with 147 guest rooms. Located at the intersection of Wilson Ave and Louise Street, the proposed project site is just two blocks off of Brand Boulevard next to the shuttered Five Star Cinema theater.
