400-room voco hotel coming to NYC’s Times Square

Preliminary work has begun in New York City's Times Square on a 400-room, 32-floor hotel that is expected to be finished in the third quarter of 2025. The project, which will be an IHG Hotel & Resorts voco-branded property, is a joint venture between Atlas Hospitality and Flintlock Construction. New York YIMBY
