31-story tower with hotel planned for Charlotte

Construction may begin late this year on a $600 million, 31-story tower in Charlotte. The tower, planned in partnership with Nuveen Real Estate, will offer 560,000 square feet for offices and 10,000 square feet for retail as well as a hotel and 100 residential units.

The 2023 Hybrid Summit

Hotel construction shows signs of life

Hotel construction, which has declined for the past two years. showed a slight increase at the end of the year, STR reports. Luxury and upscale hotels in Dallas, New York and Phoenix have the largest percentage increases in construction. Lodging
